[release]konfiminitunes 2

Hello all...

Here is my mod of bsided's great mini itunes controller with several new features.

Thanks to bsided for making the orignial graphics. I redid the play/pause panel as well as all of the animation, moved the progress bar to circle the play puase button... added a volume control (just hover over the little arrow next to the counter to see what I mean) when in volume mode clicking on the speaker will mute itunes and clickin on the bars changes the volume. I dont remember what else I changed....

try removing all avetunes desklets and start again... looks like it didnt load properly.

Can you please give me a little more info on what happens? what else are you runnin etc. etc. etc.

How did you install the skin? What is the directory structure... I think maybe you loaded it wrong.

for the record, i have the same prob with the prog bar and can't expand. but, i can't expand b-sided's konfminitune either.

If the widget isnt working correctly then you do not have the files extracted correctly. you should have one folder in the skins directory called konfminiclosed2

and everything else should be inside that folder.

It shoud work just fine if you have it extracted correctly.

To clarify:

konfminiclosed2

>images

>skin.ini

>volume

>konfminitunes

My progress bar works perfectly.

Are these 2 not suppose to be the same files? How come they are different sizes?

Well can you please double check everything in your skin. Cause I don't think it's my computer. All my other avetunes skins work with no problems. Thanks

yeah

I will check it and bsided if you read this ( dont take this the wrong way) but could you let me know why you released your widget with my modifications as if it was your own? I know you laid the ground work but I redid all the animations.. added the volume panel and everthying else. You make it look like on deviant art that it was all your creation. A little blurb about me "adding some cool stuff" doesnt count as permission... I am not being anal but I asked your for permission before I released my mod I wish you could have done the same I certainly would have said yes.

no problem though...

yes, that is my structure as well. with the exception of the bolded entry above (bg.png.) should i move that to images folder?

edit: i copied bg.png to the images folder to no avail.

here's a little fyi for everyone since i was having a similar problem. apparently ave released an update to the avetunes widget .dll file as of yesterday. i was using the old dll and was wondering why this skin wasn't working for me. then i got the brand newest version and all is well.

if you haven't been to the avetunes thread in the last day or so, you do not have the newest dll. once i got the new one, the trasitions started to work.
