Aqua-Soft Forums[release] Lutetium Vol. 1
Since i liked these so much, i wanted to have a complete set so i modded the standard folder. Apparently, the icons dont render properly on sizes lower than 64x64 >.<
THis is how it looks like.
sexxi, did you forget a system prefs icon, or am i missing something, or was it intentionally not done?
and, ok, fave icons: siro folder preview, all the HD's, KDX server (most favorite!) and .app, and trash(es) superb set, my friend. truly superb.

Has it been a month already? I still recall you mentioning some icon set that you were begining to work on...who seriously calls their icon-sets "Soapy-X" anyways?!? Thankfully, the brushed/Siro-y gods beat you with their sticks and out came Lutetium, which at first sounded as cold as the sleek metal it trys to emulate, but being the genious that you are, you shortend it to a short version: Lu. After asking me whether each pixel was perfect, you started to produce icons with the quickness of a modern factory yet with a renaissance quality, and even though I absolutey hated your first bulky harddrive icon, you quickly rebounded and made one of the best selling points of Lu, apart from the folders: the new HD. I could go on and on about the various angst you, me, Zilla, and others went through having to give our opinions and waiting for the countless PrivateReleases to get to our Gmail's inboxes, but that would be no fun would it? In fact, even though there were times when I would have prefered to play Bzflag instead of having to give the patented "mubach's seal of approval" on almost every icon, all the critisim (some of which was heeded, others not) was just a small almost non-existent price to pay for such a momentous icon-set that will grace my desktop for a very long time. Lu certainly plays well with AveDesk and the SIRO WB, my favorite icon being the "adult" folder, which rocks like a HORSE, mainly because it contains varying amounts of horse...well, we won't get into that eh esXXI? All I have to say is that my donation of 4quid was definatley worth it! I'd also like to thank Z for making a brilliant port of these icons to .ico format for us winnies...

Excellent icons man, these are wonderful. I still want the Onyx though, there's not enough good black icons IMO and I think the Onyx ones will look good just like these.

Would you care if I released a music folder icon made from your cd and your generic folder or is it coming in the future? Here's a preview of what it would look like (with coverup to prevent ripping).

There will be a music folder in Vol. 2, I don't mind you locally distributing (via email or IM) but I'd like to not post it "publically." And as long as you follow the other terms of the Creative Commons license.
