I heard about these icons a long time ago, sometime in the spring I think. Now I am seeing people with them on their desktop and I cant seem to find them anywhere. Anyone know where these icons are?

They're cutting them out of the previews. (Except in one place theres not any cutting at all to do :naughty: )
You'll find them at rad-e8.com when they're released though.
