[preview] Nickel Cobalt Revival

OK a while ago i started making this then stopped, for no apparent reason other than that i heard sumone else was doing it. Well there's been no follow up on it since then, and following a suggestion, i've decided to start again, from scrap, and i present u this:

It is just a mock up for now, so i can see what u guys think, so any suggestions for improvements are v. welcome!

i haven't asked for permission or anything yet, so if any of you know who i should get in touch with then tell me , i shan't release anything before i get it.

I don't like the startbar buttons with my computer 3 times, they look ugly, other then that hope you finish the theme soon...

@flarex That's only there 3 times cuz i was experimenting with the different states, but that's my least favourite part to so i'll do sum tweaking there.

@bzeitler Cheers for the offer, but i'm done as far as graphics are concerned, it's just constructing it that's a pain in the arse! but if i get stuck with anythin i'll know where to ask I had to build all the styles in photoshop and that took sum time trying to imitate the original, but that's done now.(as u can see).
