Bug reports, where?

Where do I leave bug reports?

I found the following:

ObjectDock ignores all but the 32x32 icon resource size. (On the shortcut, 48x48 or larger should be used, depending on size chosen for the dock, and on minimized windows, the 16x16 icon resource should be used.)
