Aqua-Soft ForumsI've downloaded the latest version of Stuffit and when I expand .sit files, it doesn't show any problems but when I open the new folder, there are no .rsrc files and all of the files (with the exception of the DS_STORE one) are 0 kb. I tried uninstalling Stuffit 8.5 and installing Stuffit 7.5 and the same problem occured.

Check that your settings are correct:
Select Edit -> Options, and under the Cross Platform tab, the following tick boxes should be checked:
Convert Text Files to Windows format -> Never
Save Macintosh Files in MacBinary format -> Always
Add File Extension -> Never
Next, go to the Expansion tab and make sure that only the 'Continue to expand when expansion results is a single file' option is checked. Also, make sure that 'Create Surrounding Folder' is set to "When Archives Contains Multiple Items".
Hmm, I'm using StuffIt Standard... any tips on this? I don't see any of that in the application options or advanced format options
