[help] Changing Itunes Caption Buttons

Hi, I've just made the switch from WA to Itunes 4.6 that means I'm noobie I downloaded localhost multi-plugin to change itunes' caption buttons but it didnt work, I can't get the OSX buttons. I've been searching around the forum but didn't find a way to get out of the problem. Please help :) Thanks
