Ok, I started to port Calabi for myself to PC (even if it's still not released for mac, I'm faster

Only one problem:
I would need permission from Sasha (rad-e8) if I want release it, but I couldn't reach him.
Anyone an idea or tip where to find him (maybe his neigbour also in here? 
)
I willl release as soon as I have permission, so please don'T spam with "release it" or "please, please" or similiar.
I think he was planning a Windows release also if I'm not mistaken. He may even have an official porter just to forewarn you. Unless it's you of course
It's ever changing, not done yet so I'd hold out
I think it would be no problem, but I nearly finished it - the problem is, that I couldn't reach him (maybe in holidays?)

He gave me permission to use his icon-set on a website - so I not shure about your post, duke
Hosting his ORIGINAL icons and creating mods of his work (ports count as mods) are a different matter. Here is a link to his FAQ about hosting his work, below it is the answer for releasing mods of his work.
I don't know if he would really consider it as a mod, though. I think you should contact him the way you did to get permission for the icons on your site and ask him.
pic said he already tried to contact Rad asking for permission, but has not replied. That is Sascha's (Rad-E8's), and many other artists' way of saying "no."
