[help] How To Change The Dial-up Icon?

First of all I'm using WinXP Pro.

Now I want to change the system icons i.e. my computer, etc. There's no problem because most of them are stored in the shell32.dll. But I haven't yet found the network icons e.g. LAN-connection and the dial-up connection.

Could someone tell me where to find these icons?
