[help] Y'z Dock Runs Slow On Ati 9600xt

My previous video card was a NVIDIA Geforce 4 TI4200 card, yz dock ran just fine.

I upgraded my card to an ATI 9600XT, installed the latest catalyst drivers for it and my dock runs retardedly slow...

I wanted to know if anyone here had/has the same problem with their ATI card. I've read that drivers above 4.3 had issues with yz dock but after downgrading to those that didnt help either =(

I also have directX 9.

Can anybody help?

sagara:

I've got the same card as you do and mine is running fine.

Whats your processor and memory like?

I've currently got it running on an AMD 64 3200+ with 1 GB 3200, I've also had it running on a AMD 2200 with 1 GB, both systems used the same card and both performed equally.

Check your driver versions also.

did you use a utility to completly remove the nvidia drivers or reformat after instalation? nVidia drivers like to stay in your system like a disease. Find a program called nasty file remover, it should take of them.
