I know all about windows GUI manipulation with style XP and all that, but now the need has come to play with panther's look. What programs are the best for that and where are good places to get themes?

To get a near perfect Panther look you must spend cash. Get the following
and download This Panther ObjectBar theme by Crini
Then purchase Window Blinds to skin windows (best panther skins are for this app
Best 1:1 Panther skin for Window Blinds Here
Then get Ave Desk and once well configure you have a Panther looking desktop
Dont forget about your docks. I recomend Object Dock (only because yz shouldn't be used anymore and object dock has way more updates then Moby Dock
And of course to feed your aqua freenzy get Flyakites newst system files 
And if you got Service Pack 2 be alert for Danimators Service Pack 2 Panther System Files
Thanks, but I was talking about changing the gui on my Mac, running 10.3 panther. As in what are good programs to use on a mac to change skins, etc.

shapeshifter, which is like style xp, only it doesnt suck, can be found here: unsanity
candybar, which will handle your icon changing needs, is here: iconfactory
unsanity has some other cool stuff like cleardock, and some menu changing thing. also, iconfactory has a ton of cool icons and some other fun apps like xscope and pixadex
