[question] Why Does This Always Happen?!

Take a look at this image:

The file is an image (.img) file which is associated with DVD Decrypter. Apparently both the iconpackager pack (d3a) and DVD Decrypter tries to have their "own" icon for the file which results in a combo of them both being displayed.

How do I get around that? Either having it show the generic d3a icon or DVD Decrypter icon? I don't want it to show both!

This has puzzled me for a long time now!
