Aqua-Soft ForumsIn most of you guys screenshots running AveDesk 1.1 you guys have no desktop icons, just the avedesk ones. How'd you get rid of the normal ones? I can't figure this out.

i think the solution is more obvious than u think
we just don`t have any other icons on our dtops
and recycle bin is removed with Microsoft PowerToys TweakUI
look for it at microsoft.com
right click the desktop, select the topmost submenu, and search for an entry "Show Desktop Icons" click it to remove the check in front of it: voila, your d-top icons are gone.
BTW, Please be a little more descriptive in your topictitles, AveDesk is not telling me anything about the contents of this thread. A proper title would be Hide regular desktop icons.

Ave, one question - when I turn off my desktop icons, when I Show Desktop there's a flash of background color before it draws the wallpaper, whereas with the icons there isn't. Is this a problem with Avedesk, or with Windows?
Is it just me, or is it whenever you chose to hide your desktop icons, some wallpapers show up all jaggady compared to with icons?
