[release]changer For Avetunes

I made this skin for avetunes last night to show off some of the new features.

here is a screenshot:

Now you may be saying.... great a little mini widget. Looks innocent eh?

Well good things start happening when you click on that little orb. and watch it morph into this:

nicer...

but wait... click the little arrow in the right corner

and you get:

click anywhere on the screen and go back to album art mode. Click the left corner and you are back to that little orb!

Just download and unzip into your avetunes skin directory than load changerbase in the skin menu.

about the skin

in the prefs panel the ipod updates your ipod, the itunes icon toggles the itunes main window, the folder opens new files and the speaker mutes itunes. Everything else works as expected. what do you think?

oh... and did I mention that it is all animated?

I am making changer 2. The new version has a bar instead of the little orb. My question is would it be worth it for me to go through and to the work to make the widget expand from top to bottom instead of from bttom to top? That way it could be docked at the top of your screen.

wow bzeitler this is a really nice job!!

i do think that it would be worth it to make the widget expand from top to bottom. then you wouldnt have to adjust the desklet position much after clicking it. i was wondering though, what program(s) you are using to create the individual ".png"'s?

anyway nice work as always!

Its all done in photoshop. I will do the alternate version when I have the time.
