FTP Desklet Update

Little update which fixes some glitches, annoyances and added skin-support.

fixed: uploading directories not working in certain versions
added: auto-detection and correction of faulty ftp:// prefix
added: extended error information option
added: progressbar direction
added: skins
kept: 'old' way of setting images.

How

Just to make things clear:

The desklets FTP folder goes (unzipped ofcourse), into AveDesk\Desklets folder, so you will have a new FTP folder there.

New skins for this desklet go (unzipped too) into AveDesk\Desklets\FTP\Skins\ .

They are extremely simple to "port"

The default has a config, just write up one for your old skins and there you go!

Ok, I made my first skins for this. The .ini file is simple and easy. I did discover a small issue (very tiny issue); when naming an image for a state, such as normal or progress, you have to maintain the standard name (i.e.: progress.png, normal.png) instead of a differnt name (progress2.png).

Im ok with this, just didnt know if you were aware.
