[question] Paw In Finder Bar

Hello, I was browsing the forums and came across a few screen shots that had a "Paw Print" in their finder/object bars. I would like to know what application this is (If it is one).

I've always wondered what the paw was a icon for too. Now that I know, I would use it if there was a windows port.
