Best Safari Skin For An Internet Browser?

I want to skin my browser so it looks just like Safari, the only hitch being I'm not using a brushed metal theme in Windows. I've tried to skin a few browser's but the skins never cover the title bar so it's looks really odd.

I don't really care what browser it is or what skins I need just fill me in if you know a way please

I am on Savanna right now, it does the trick visually...has some bugs but it is new so it should still have bugs
