[question] Uptime Widget

Could someone provide me with instructions on how to create an uptime widget for AveDesk/SysStats? I took a look at the script that comes with SysStats, but it kept displaying incorrect information and I couldn't get it working right. Any help would be appreciated. You might even get in a ReadMe if I release it
