[question] Is It Possible...

I was wondering if it could be possible in weather widgets

to display, when not connected to internet, the last icons

showed instead of variable symbols (% ? and so on).

In theory I think it should not be difficult but in the real world?

In my opinion the desklet would become a lot more complete.

What you could do is set the update to several hours and then when your'e connected update manually, leftclick and select update!

It is a quite good solution but the little problem

is that after a new boot or restore from standby

the icons are gone.

So it's needed a new internet connection to

restore icons.

I know this is not a big problem but I think that

with a little effort, if possible, the desklet would

be perfect (for me, of course).

Another solution could be, when not connected,

to show some generic but nifty icon stating that

data are not available at he moment.

All but not those terrible symbols...
