[help] Systemtray Disappeared

Okay, so today I was editing and applying themes and editing parts of Regnessem (the chat client I use) Then I turned off my computer. When I turned it back on a few hours later, I was using a modded version of OSXP (the last theme I applied) however, the start button and my systemtray had disappeared. So I tried changing the visual style to TD Tiger. still, no systemtray. So then, I thought of the default Luna theme. No tray still, I've tried toggling the clock on and off and a few other things but nothing works, I'm using SP2 btw.

Edit: I was also using TweakUI...
