Isn't this the wrong place for this type of request?
well i like 100webspace.com they have 100 megs free, php and mysql so you can put ipb on it. ftp for free. 1 free domain name hoster (though you have to get the domain yourself) i am going to use it as a backup site for cybrian.com (which uses 1and1 but that costs money)
If you knew what kind of stuff will be on my site you would not say such things.

Don't get free space, I don't trust it anywhere.
Check out eniki.net. Starter plan is $18/year for 100mb, a gig of bandwith/month and all the e-mail, SQL, and PHP you can handle. Get that and a $4 .biz domain from godaddy and you can rock @ roll for under $25 a year
