[release] Bz Milk

Here is my port of Milk by Max Rudberg. Since I just finished Aqua Milk, I figured I might as well do milk also since they are so similar. This skin is based of my aqua milk skin so if you find any aqua looking items, please let me know so that I can fix them.

Thanks to ChiLam for the chocolate toolbar and some start panel images

This includes both chocolate and normal and I made add chrome at a later date.

Each version includes all the neccesary substlyes for per application skinning...

use prefs for rundll32 and finder for explorer.exe (you should have this figured out by now )

Please note.. I didnt exactly make this a tiger taskbar.. but the clock is moved over to accomdate a search Icon if you use avedesk. I may add a search icon in the skin or just remove the space but I am felling lazy right now so Ill do it later.
