Heard it has a really nice Install Routine though, 20min tops from Paul Thurotts Win SuperSite.

I'm running it right now. It's an alpha for sure. Looks like they are building stuff on top of Winxp bit by bit. I hid that sidebar think because it's not useful for anything. A couple of rough edges here and there, but I like it. Haven't noticed the slowness you guys were talking about yet (probably because I hid that crap sidebar).

I think I am not going to waste the 600MB of time to download it...LoL...I'll just get it when it comes out (god forbid I will still be using Windows then...hopefully I will not even need to look back to Windows from my nice Mac I hope to have when I can get a job. *drools*)
