Looking good, goodluck when you upgrade to the final version, I didn't have the greatest luck going from PR 1 to PR2 
messed alot of the skin up.
It looks nice, however my complaints are with the graphics. I would get rid of the pinstripes. Unless you use a transparent PNG to do the shadows (but then you mess the compatability of the site), it just looks to phony with all the miss-alignments with the stripes.
Also, when doing the "Aqua" look, (if doing this in PhotoShop), the bottom glow on something should be Overlay. I am noticing alot of white bottom glows. That is something that really bothers me in "Aqua" art.
Also, the banner is a little bit too big.
Like I said, the skin looks really good, I just have issues with the graphics. Also, I tend to have more anal opinions than other, hopefully you don't take any offense from this post.
Yeah, I agree with Wizard on the banner size - you don't want the members to have to scroll down to see forums. Also, if you're going to use 1:1 Panther graphics, you should use them everywhere - the Help/Search/Members/Calendar buttons, the "GO" button, the arrows, all look seriously out of place.
very nice. in addition to the comments above, you're?also mixing panther and jaguar buttons and widgets. stay consistent.
