When you hold shift down while dropping, the file will be moved, otherwise it will be copied.
I see I didn't completely followed Microsoft design rules there:
When the files and folder are on the same drive, the default behaviour should be moving. When the files and folder are not on the same drive, the default behaviour should copying. Holding down shift should invert the action. But I forgat that completely. I also forgat to change the little cursor indicators. 
It'll be fixed soon.
