[preview]slicker Reloaded

I'm making Slicker Reloaded , i started the project.

It will be like this picture.

I don't know for the moment if it will be 100% accurate to that picture but i will try to do the max for realise that.

The icons on the picture are by Glide and they will not be integrated into the program.

I post the preview beacause i need :

Graphical help :

- Default Icons

Developpers help :

- An external program (or an dll function (user32 , shell32 etc ...) ) for hide the taskbar.

- An dll function who can redifine the windows limit to make slicker reloaded alwas visible

Oh and Slicker Reloaded is (maybe) not the final name , i need a good name if you can plz .

Yes , slicker is the name of the KDE improvement i used for my inspiration.

That's why it's called Slicker Reloaded For Windows beacause i like slicker interface very much !
