[release] Neos 2

ALright guys,

thanks to susumu its been released. He did the original port and i take no credit for the majority of the visuals. But he was kind enough to let me release it.

Included in the package is the modified original and the modified Tiger style. As of right now ONLY the blue style is modified, but i will get around to making the white and mint styles.
