I am having issues with downloading my first e-book. I was wondering if someone could help me. I submitted a help request from the people I bought it from, one of the best online stores (open to free interpatation). On the other hand I though one of you people could help me if you have had prior experience with downloading ebooks.
Thank you for your help in advance,

The letter:
I am having problems downloading the e-book Airframe by Michael Crichton.
As recommended by Amazon.com I have taken the following troubleshooting steps:
(1) Activated Microsoft e-book Reader, and have checked for updates.
(2) Looked for the e-book by typing *.lit through Windows Xp's search function and typing C:\...\Temporary Internet Files\Content\airframe.lit in Windows Explorer.
I have tried to save the download, rather than opening it so I have gone through a couple download attempts, using different methods to try to find the e-book. The e-book is not in my library (my documents) either.
Can you please grant me additional download attempts and tell me how to stop the download from opening automatically so I can save it so I can determine it's location?
Edit: Oh shoot I forgot to tag it. Oh well its [help]. How could I forget.
