Internet Explorer & Explorer Remix

Hi! I wan to change the look of IE and Explorer but I don’t know how :cry: … I make the image 1 (the original) and I want to make'it look like in image 2! The big question is how can I do this???? Please help!!

Right click on toolbars and unlock your toolbars and drag the Menu bar beside the Toolbuttons and the address bar do the same.
