Avetunes Skin Problem, Please Help

Whenever I try to change the skin of AveTunes, the image's width and height stays the same. So the skin looks squished and pixelated if its not the same size as the default skin. Does anyone know what the problem could be? All the size adjustments are in the skin.ini, I don't know why it isn't reading it correctly.
