They're from the shell32.dll in Stef's modded sys files.
ok well i just checked out Playboy's website and it turns out he won't be back until the beginning of next month or so... apparently he's vacationing in Brazil. so hopefully he'll stumble onto a net cafe or something while he's checking out the thongs on the beaches.

I love it. I've always been a huge fan of Milk themes. The only little thing I would say is that I'd be nice if the change to the Explorer Bar (where you've moved it to the top and disabled the second+ menus) was an optional substyle and that by default there'd be the choice of having the normal left-hand bar.
Other than that, lovely theme
