Tallahassee here. You know what that means
. Bonnie is going to rape me... That sounded wrong.
Clearwater here...
Here they come and I bet they are going to pass right by like most of them do.
in france too we have a tropical weather: hot days, and ****ING HUGE rain :/
i just got home, and I just did the road from the bus station to my house, about 3 mins by foot, really, I'm ALL wet :/

i feel lucky i dont live in Florida
Living in StL sucks. No fun natural disaters. You get floods that bring up all the sewage and tornados that have such a small margin of deaths.
So Cal, you get earthquakes, the best type of natural disaster and massive death. I miss them
.
Well I have to evacuate.. be glad you dont live here...
sorry charlie but its headed right at me. Talk to you all soon.
... hopefully
I don't live in Florida (anymore), but my grandparents do. They live in a trailer in Ocala. I hope they're gonna be alright.
im safe and sound up here in long island ![]()
Actually CF, the North East are expected to feel some affects of the two current hurricanes. Friday and Sunday here in RI were getting high winds and rain storms.

where on L.I. are you? i moved from the patchogue-medford area 2 years ago (this january, going back!! :woot: )
i don't know how old you are, do you remember Gloria?
wizard-where are these freakin' tornadoes we're supposed to get here in the 'tornado alley'? i was so excited to see one when i moved here
It depends on where you live. There is a bubble that is always around StL that shields us from snow or tornados, but thankfully (sarcastically) still lets us have the horendous humidity. I know the Town & Country area always have threats of tornados. Where I live, there were two close calls this year. Both being less than 1/2 mile away.Originally posted by wookietv@Aug 12 2004, 06:34 PMwizard-where are these freakin' tornadoes we're supposed to get here in the 'tornado alley'? i was so excited to see one when i moved here

Tornados are not that big of a threat in StL, I think it has to do with the Mississippi and Missouri River.
Charlie caused me to have to ocancel the only vacation i was going to have all summer!
