[help] Longhorn Inspiriat 2 Problem
Are you using windows XP?
If so, do you have "Show common tasks in folders" radial button selected in "Folder Options..." dialog box in explorer?
If you have selected: "Use Windows classic folders", i suspect that black bar across the top would not show up.
How to enable common tasks view:
1) open up "My Computer"
2) go to "Tools" -> "Folder Options..."
3) when the "Folder Options.." window opens, under the General Tab,
select the "Show common tasks in folders" radial button and
hit "apply"
4) Hit OK and close the window, then close explorer, and open it up
again.
Hopefully this solves the problem.

try logging out and then logging back in, if that doesn't work, please post the mods you have done to your system so that myself or others can help you better.
castroman, it's substyle #3
substyle #3 is the one where the taskpanel has a gloss look to it. almost like a black laquer look.
in appearance, choose inspirat 2, then in the option box under it, "Color Scheme", choose "3". close all windows, apply. if you don't see it, log off and back on.
The shell folder must be in the same folder how the MSSTYLE-castroman.
