Why Is Everyone So Wierd About Mentioning Y'z Dock
Basically the same story as the Aqua Apps--development discontinued and distribution disallowed because of a cease and decist letter form Apple.
(if I had a penny for every one of these threads...I'd throw them off a building at people...)

u can talk about yzdock, u just cant distribute it. (correct me if im wrong)
Grim is right. Apple just stopped distribution and development of Y'z Dock. You can still talk about it, create skins for it and such. It's just the coder (Mr. Y) can not continue development and it cannot be distributed by any means.
The AquaApps (created by the forefathers of Aqua-Soft) where downright banned. No distribution, development or discussion about them by orders of Apple.
dont talk about Yz'Dock... is part of a sad past
