I hate it when my watch and clock in my room is one second off. Whenever the power goes out at my house (which is a lot for some reason), I always have to turn on the TV, switch to the TV Guide Channel and get my clock on the exact second. It bugs me that they are not on the same time.

Screaming "we're americans" is not what I considered disrespectful, it was the lack of effort. Watching these people get huffy over nothing is what I didn't like.
I was in line behind these people, and didn't see any reason for them to act in the way that they did.
Just because we're Americans doesn't mean that people should bend over backwards for us.
Anyways, that's my 2 cents.

ok, just because you saw no reason for them to get upset doesn't mean they didnt have a valid point. i also believe that screaming "were americans" wouldn't help the cause. it was the line at the eiffle tower right? its a tourist attraction! wouldnt you want the tourists who visit want to have an enjoyable time? i would say that is a human resource issue if u ask me [not that anyone is!].

Wow, based on this thread, a few people seem to hate me.
1) I'm religious
2) There are some anime's I like - I rate them the same as any show I watch, some are good, some are bad. For example, I don't enjoy Pokemon, but I do enjoy Excel Saga.
In any case, the only thing I really truly hate is hate itself. Nothing productive comes out of hate. Heck, I'm even trying to turn my hate of hate into an intolerance for it. 
Sure, some things can annoy me or get me angry, but, with all honesty, I can't say I truly hate them. When I calm down and look back on those things that angered me, I don't feel that way towards them.
I don't HATE people who are religious, it just angers me when people try to push their beliefs on me. Actually in most things that are opinions, I always respect them, even if I don't agree. But like I said once they force those opinions on me, that's when it goes into the Hate section.
Another thing that bothers me:
Songs in a stand up act. I watch Comedy Central a lot, but I can't stand when in their act, they go into a song. The only reason why it worked so well with Adam Sandler is because he knows that he can't sing, and he doesn't even try that hard to. Singing in comedy is like rhyming in poetry.

you have to remember cerebral were the minority when it comes to being believers. wizard thats great you have an understanding and tolerance for other peoples beliefs. but instead of looking at it like we are "forcing our beliefs", think of it as supplying information then take what you want from it. The way someone preaches is also another factor.
