That's because he didn't make any of them. (there are some by Dave Brasgalla, Hein, whoever made iPlatinum, etc.)
You're better off just getting them from xicons, where most of them came from.

In the page says These archives are psd, Really they are psd But when you open it in photoshop Only has 1 cape. :woot: :6

Come on guys, only link to people with the proper permissions to distribute.
(And don't even try to tell me that guy has permission to distribute WOA icons without proper notifications of who created the icons.)
