[request] V.s. Creator Other Than Stylebuilder?

i would like to try something for myself, recreationally (we'll see how it comes out if i would ever release it), but i was wondering if there's a freeware style building app. it's not worth it to me to pay $20 i may use only once...

I second that !!! Stylebuilder sucks. It crashes every time you

try to use a bitmap that isnt 32 bit.

Resource Builder and Resource Hacker both can be used to create visual styles, or modify existing ones.
