Aqua-Soft ForumsI really want to start a website, but I have no idea what to make a site for. I also want to have forums on this site. Does anybody have any ideas for a new website?

Suggestion 3: Do something that does not exist (be unique).
Suggestion 4: Don't try to force it's popularity.

The only problem is that high traffic and low budget don't mix too well. I'm looking at http://www.100webspace.com as a free host. XP mods is a good idea, though. I'll look into it.

hey, well gaming is one idea.... make it a personal site, with a non-personal community forums. take my/our forums for instence, they are about everything, talk about anything and be more open about it then some forums. gaming and graphics seem to fit you well, you did wonders for my logo
That's a good idea: I'll take that into consideration. Otherwise, I'm still open to any suggestions.

As for my suggestions, I'm going to echo what other people have said and go for something you are really passionate about. There's no point in making a personal site just to try and make it be popular; go for something that you are really interested in. It'll give you that extra motivation and willingness to succeed
