[question] Cd-r Drive "overburn"

Hey,

i recently got some software online and it goes over the maximum limit for a cd-r disk by 24MB. i heard of overburning and i found that nero sayd my drive is overburn compatible. what are the risks of overburn? will my .iso run properly or will i have to tweak some settings? Also, where would i find the high density burn feature if i have it?

most cd's will let you overburn. one problem is that the info can become corrupted and it won't read properly.

well the thing that i need to put on a disk is a 724mb iso file (has winrar icon) when i use nero to burn it on overburn using a memorex 700mb cd it says it burns successfuly but when i try it there is nothing on the cd
