[question] For Blinking Seconds

Judge, or anyone who knows ...

In a digital clock config, is it possible to have the ":" blink?

I'm hoping an image would be good for this, but I have no idea if there's a time command to do this or if it needs to be scripted. If there IS a time command, what is the format of the image?

Basically, what I want to do is have the ":" blink, or turn "on" every other second. So for instance, it would be 'ON' on the 1, 3, 5, 7, etc. and 'OFF' on the 2, 4, 6, 8, etc.

Just thinking this would make our digital/lcd/led clocks a bit more 'realistic' looking.
