[release] Walltuner.

OK people!

I make one more application - WallTuner. Now its can only change your wallpaper :moon: but i plan to implement some function like "change on timer", "random wallpaper", better resampling, reduce memory usage, etc.

All you need is to choose a folder with your wallpapers and select wall of lust from thumbnails strip.

Tested on WinXP only (think it will work if ActiveDesktop is disabled - anybody use it? :naughty: ).

I know how to set wallpaper with AD active... but i don't know how to check active it or not

If somebody can light me i'll implement it

ooooooohhhh :rock: I am so loving this over right-click-desktop, click option in menu, wait for dialog to come up, select the right tab,etc.......

The thumbnailstrip is really nice

Maybe you can integrate the Wallpaperoriginx, Wallpaperoriginy and Tilingmode features in a next release? Would be very nice :woot:
