I do not understand it. It seems when I write in letter for letter (the username) in says that it can not find the username. It is only when I copy it from outlook when it works. I can not understand this.

I dont know if i understand you right, but il try anyway..
I guess it is Aqua-Soft your trying to log into. Do you have caps lock enabled? Its the only thing i can think of that can make it difficult to log in.

If you type it letter perfect and it dosnt work but it does if you copy it your obviously not copying it perfectly. Check Caps lock & Num Lock and check the case your username is given in.

Don't ask users to provide you with their username and password.
Never give out your username and password to another member.
