Who Can Correct Mini-itunes For Wmp9

I've noticed that all the mini iTunes skins for WMP do not give you the most important options for controlling the music. They will give you the Title but not the Shuffle bar or the time all in one.

Can somebody modify the skin so it looks like this:

Where can I get that skin for WMP?!?

I have the iTunes skin for QCD, but not for WMP. Any help would be most apreciated.
