Originally AveDesk (as did Konfabulator) used accuweather but, their service was very poor in regards to update.
Please get familiar with search as this has been talked about before.
You can do it on your own but, it's not essentially legal.

your question is hard to understand. I've attached an install file. that should install everything in the proper folders.
download & rename to InfoLine.aveinst then double click on file.
Ok, so I've spent an hour trying to get this puppy to work.
I use AveDesk 1.3 and SysStats v2.5.11
I've tried installing it manually, and throug the InfoLine.aveinst SirSmiley included. Everytime it crashes my AveDesk software.
The ONLY difference is that my sysstats is located in C:Program FilesavedeskDockletsSysStats - not desklets as the readme.txt implies. This because the sysstats.aveinst puts it there. I tried manually moving it to desklets, and that didn't work either.
I've installed an iconset in C:Program FilesavedeskDockletsSysStatsicons
With SirSmileys *.aveinst package I atleast got to see the bar, but it crashes 2 seconds afterwards...
