it worked for me , i clicked on the top Download link then some , error came up but the links worked.

Trillian has a nice aqua skin. I think it's a better client anyway.

Yeah, I use trillian too, but that skin looks really nice! Anyone think they can throw it over to Trillian? That would be really sweet!
About the desktop
1. it is't mine dt (betaguy's)
2. it's a mac, and the messanger is msn for mac os x

The only way to make MSN mesenger look like that is to use version 4.0 because in later versions they have done away with the icons at the top, but under the menu bar. And if you have the original MSN Aqua, like in your screenshot, you can take the icns/resources straight from there and use reshacker to apply them to the version 4 files.
I have done it, it worked. not everything will translate like it is in the macversion and besides, you have to use an old version of MSN for Windows.
