Buy Windowblinds from Stardock and install a theme that has the caption buttons positioned on the left. It cannot be done using visual styles.
are there any other ways? ive gotten my interphase looking 95% and im using style xp, so if anyone has another way.....

For Widgets on the left top (close, min, max),
StyleXP is not a possibility, because it uses the WinXP native skinning engine which of course has those buttons on the right.
I've checked ShellWM out (some good skins at skinbase.org), and it seems to capable of left-placed widgets, but to be honest, I have no experience with that program.
I've quite recently switched to WindowBlinds, and I don't want to go back.
WB is no longer the resource-hog it used to be. Runs fine on my pc (see specs below). Does not only skin the windows, but also the menu's, animation, etc., for a more complete aqua experiance.
Add a dock, be it ObjectDock, Mobydock or (dare I say it) Y'z dock and the look is quite there. The feel not quite, but if you want the complete look and feel you should either: a) buy a real mac or 
consider the PearPC project to emulate the real OS X.
