Powerdvd Aqua Akins

Actually, I don't know if this has been asked before, but PowerDVD is the only skineable program in my desktop that doesn't look aqua...

i'm currently working on a replica skin of apples dvd player for powerDVD..

it's being made for PowerDVD XP. this gives it the ability to actualy take two seprate states.. (vertical and horizontal)..

I've got most of the images and have it almost complete..

(...it's been in progress for a little while now...)

i've just been really strapped for time lately (i have a heavy course load and just had exams.. :S)

BUT!! i've got some time now and i should be able to complete this skin by the end of this week or early next week..

That Sounds very intresting NeXus, I know there was a skin named I tunes (dont know why) for Powerdvd but i cant remember where it was available, it was crap anyway

Wow! VideoMann great skins and great links! I did suspect that loads of PowerDVD skins have must been created, since there aren't too many DVD players among we may choice. Al least not as much as audio players...

The thing I don't like about the itunes powerdvd skin is it's made for the older powerdvd that doesn't have a mini mode so it doesn't have one.

Maybe by studying these skins and others you can make a better one. The Aqua skins above may be "too busy"= cluttered and they fall apart sometimes while dragging but it gives you an idea.

The problem with some skins is that the interface is too big and wastefull sometimes and on othercases the text or buttons are too small when the design is compact. Perhaps the most common controls is what is better to display and not controls that only get used once a year.

Just a thought
