[request] Changing The Shutdown Screen In Xp

I already have the Tiger Theme for window blinds, the OS X boot up screen, the visual boot up loader OS X boot screen, and the icons and cursors OS X themes. But there is still missing. The welcome screen (not the log-on screen) and the shutdown screen.Its still XP. Is there any apps that can change this or any tweak at all. thanks in advance.

When I had used LogonStudio, the welcome and shutdown screens had also changed.

Don't forget the Y'shadow or WinFX for the shadow effect.

The "...in persuit of the beauty of a shadow..."-slogan by Y'z sounds more cool, but on my system the WinFx runs better.

WinLogon seems the best way to go. And it's free WinLogon.

i thought he was actually referring to the bright blue screen that says something like "saving your setting...please wait while shutting down"? not the shutdown dialog.

actually your right.the "saving your setting...please wait while shutting down" i was refering to.is there something like the "bootskin" in wincustomize.com. bcoz it only skins the boot up screen but the shutting down screen doesn't.is there any program like that.

and also you know the blue screen that says "Welcome" in Bootskin it doesn't change that.is there a tweak there or apps. that hides or temporarily removes it.

you want to remove the welcome screen?

go to run > control userpasswords > "change the way users..." > uncheck "use welcome screen."
