Great Job!
I had that problem with a skin once and reloading the widget fixed it. But if that doesn't help, the coordinates in the .ini file should be exact. 
And these are the exact coordinates in the image overall.
X: 58
Y: 123
W: 106
H: 5

Apple should really consider making this for real! Excellent skin. Any plans to release more colors or is it possible to colorize the skin in avedesk already?
ARG! All my skins automatically resize themselves to 266x108 so none of these iPod skins are working, any help?
