Fairly new AveTunes skin by Bz, I found it here. 
Edit: Regnessem is good unfortunately no AIM protocol yet. it does come with the MSN protocol and u can dl the Yahoo one. Also, without skins, it's worse than windows messenger, and with the right mods (I'll help you with that since u seem cool handsome) you can acheive some cool effects, like now, I have a bunch of adium files in mine and use adium ducks as buddy icons when I type and my emoticons are the adium ones as well, as well as my Regnessem Options part, that looks like Regnessem as well, Regnessem is a good, yet simple app.

Well, I did a lot of modding, but it was Rotten who hooked me up with the AquaExtreme theme. As you can tell, I like Adium a lot. Thx for the comment!

That's my screenshot. I believe the icon is in Magbi's hardware pack. Give it a search on the boards here, you should be able to find it.
lol, in other news, I just realized that "Regnessem" is "messenger" backwards. lol. hi-larious. 
I know now why microsoft goes to transparentsy border. It goes with all backgrounds.
